Biogas is a technology that enable the generation of electricity and heat from methane which is produced through anaerobic digestion. Bogas facilities can be used to generate baseline or dipatchable power for the electrical grid, and the "waste" heat can be used for many purposes.


Have you thoght about whether biogas could work on your farm, or in your community? Would you like to learn more about how a biogas system works?

Join LIFE Co-op members and supporters and learn some of the ins and outs of a local biogas facility. We will drive (carpool) to the facility on a farm near Stratford Ontario.
